Her journey in the mountains began on the rugged trails of Nepal, where she honed her skills as a dedicated trekking guide and passionate rock climber (2010–2019). Her deep-rooted connection to the Himalayas naturally transitioned into a formidable career in ultra-endurance sports. In 2021, she graduated from the prestigious Mira Rai Initiative, launching her into the global spotlight as an elite ultra trail runner.

Today, she shares her immense wealth of knowledge by serving as a Head Coach for the Mira Rai Initiative, inspiring the next generation of athletes.
With an impressive ITRA Point score of 635, Anita is a dominant force in both local and international ultra-marathons.

• International Triumphs: Winner of the 2023 Amazean Jungle Thailand by UTMB (100KM)
• Winner of the 2023 UTMR Mischabel Ultra Tour Monte Rosa in Switzerland (100KM).
