Day 1 Langtang Valley Helicopter Flight
Your Langtang Helicopter Tour begins early in the morning with a pickup from your hotel in Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu Domestic Airport, our team completes the necessary airport procedures and provides a short safety briefing before your exciting Himalayan flight.

After takeoff, the helicopter flies towards the northern Himalayan region, passing over Kathmandu Valley, green hills, forests, rivers, and traditional villages. As the helicopter moves closer to Langtang National Park, the scenery gradually changes into high mountain landscapes filled with glaciers, rocky valleys, and snow-covered peaks.

During the flight, you will enjoy spectacular views of Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, Dorje Lakpa, Yala Peak, and other Himalayan mountains. The helicopter then reaches Kyanjin Gompa, where it lands for a short Himalayan exploration experience.

At Kyanjin Gompa, you can walk around the beautiful village, visit the monastery area, enjoy peaceful mountain surroundings, and take memorable photographs with the Himalayas in the background. Due to high altitude and safety considerations, the ground stay is limited before starting the return flight.

After completing your Himalayan experience, the helicopter flies back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you will be transferred back to your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable one-day Langtang helicopter adventure.

Why I Chose Silvermoon Adventure and Tours I learned about the team through Deepak. Once he knew my flight details and preferred trek, he immediately customized a detailed itinerary for me. While I consulted other travel agencies in Nepal, Deepak and the Silvermoon team provided the most thorough plan and transparent information, giving me complete confidence to book with them. The Trekking Experience My guide, Basanta, took exceptional care of me throughout the entire journey. Along the trail, he constantly checked in on how I was feeling, offered breaks, and even offered to carry my backpack to ensure I was comfortable. Every time we arrived at a tea house, he made sure I had food and drinks ready—even reminding me to order meals when I was too exhausted to think about it. On the day we reached Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), I developed a mild headache. Basanta immediately arranged garlic soup to help relieve the altitude sickness and provided medicine to soothe the pain. His attentive care made all the difference in completing the trek safely. Beyond his attentiveness, Basanta is an expert guide who always navigated the easiest paths at trail junctions. Even after we returned to Pokhara for dinner, he ensured I got back to my hotel safely. Deepak also checked in via message every single day during the trek to ensure everything was running smoothly. After the Trek The team's hospitality didn't end on the trail. Back in Kathmandu, the founder, Bishal, gave me a warm welcome, helped me retrieve my luggage from the hotel, showed me around the city, and personally arranged my airport drop-off.  Verified Excellent guide and wonderful experience My husband and I had the most amazing experience trekking in the Himalayas to Poonhill with Bishal. We were very well looked after and felt extremely safe with him at all times. He made us laugh when the hike got a little trickier and always made sure we had hot drinks and food as soon as we got to the huts.
